advantage for your company. The workshop will cover carrier contract
management, effective negotiations, optimal load and routing selections,
least cost mode/carrier selection and automation in shipment execution to
ensure carrier performance and on time delivery. This session will
look at today's business environment on how shippers can level the playing
field by becoming more sophisticated in applying decision-making tools to
manage their transportation programs.
